Bought a Starter Edition of Quicken Simple Money Management to install on a laptop running Widows 7.  It gets a ways into the install and I get a pop-up error message that says "Error 1935....restart & try it again"  

I've done that about three times now............still nothing.  Anyone have an idea what the hell my problem is?
