I got a new laptop and want to import Favorites from my desktop to laptop. I exported them to a thumb drive. Problem is when I go to Internet Explorer on new laptop and I get my Google homepage but I do not have the toolbar with File Edit View options so I can import Favorites. Any suggestions where to look?
