| Recently, whenever I clicked on a "pdf" file to view from a webpage, a popup would come on my screen and say something about an adobe update is ready to install on my computer. I just ignored it for a while because things had still been working fine but tonight I clicked on the install. Something went wrong and now I can't view pdf's at all.
When the computer tries to install the program adobe air, a popup comes on and says "Sorry, an error has occurred. An error has occurred while installing adobe air. Installation may not be allowed by an admistrator. Please contact your adminstrator."
This is just my home computer. I don't know anything about an adminstrator. I just want to be able to view pdfs. How do I fix it? | |
