Subject: Drying SB again

Edgerton MN
We have bitten the bullet and started to dry beans. We have a Superb full heat dryer, so it is dumping hot or batching. I have been batching at 120' but it is taking an hour per batch to take out 3-4 pts. How hot can I go with batching, or has anyone dumped beans hot and cooled them in another bin? Also, where does the greater fire danger come from with sb vs corn? This looks like the year we will tell our grandkids about!
