DeKalb, IL | A friend sent me an e-mail this afternoon that included 20 some pictures. I opened the message with Outlook, as per usual, but found an empty message--nothing was displayed, not even the text of the message. (It renders correctly on my iPod, so I know the contents.)
This has happened once or twice before (different senders each time), but it's been a long time since I ran into the problem. I seem to recall something about Outlook being configured to block .jpg files--but I know that I've been able to view many other jpgs over the years, far in excess of blanked messages.
A search of the 'Help' files brings up responses that are somewhat less than 1% related to my situation, so I thought I'd ask here to see if there's a solution. I wonder how the search string I entered had anything to do with the majority of responses from the Help search. | |
