sw ontario | We have had some oil leases in the past and they were simple ,sign & get your money...We purchased some land with existing wind turbine leases held by Brookfield Renewable out of Quebec and to get lease money you have to fill out & sign a Anti-Bribery and Corruption page along with an Environmental and Social Responsibility agreement . Not sure if that is a "Quebec" thing as they have lot's of contractor fraud there or if bribry in wind farm leasing/construction is bad...fwiw | |
