I was made aware of this charity that gives 100% of your donation to your designated cause.  "none of it gets funneled back into fundraising or operating costs."   

 

Yes it's through a church but the church pays the costs that other organizations would remove from your donation.  I believe it's through their connectional giving that they pay the cost.  You can read about them at one of the links below.
