Coastal South Carolina | I went several months ago and obtained a CDL class a permit. I tried renewing it last month but could not because I had renewed it one time in the last two years. I wa told I could not renew until some time in 2020, but I could take the pre trip and driving test until February. In order to not lose the opertunity to study and take the test.
I went yesterday and passed the whole thing on my first try! I felt certain I had failed when driving. I had never driven that particular truck until the road test. I shifted fine for several stops, then missed gears for 3 stops. I tried making a joke about it with the examiner, she somewhat laughed and we went on. When we got back to the office I felt certain I had failed. She stated I passed and this fat boy jumped for joy! | |
