NW Indiana | We have currently shipped 98 million less soybeans than last year at this time. Wasde estimates we will export 109 million less. With shipments running well ahead of last year almost every week it looks very likely the usda will have to raise its number 25 million or so. With the new crop balance sheet already relatively tight this put that much more pressure on getting a good yield. The usda's demand estimates aren't based on this low of a price either.
Corn shipments remain strong as well and should easily reach the wasde estimate if not come in above.
Things on sale tend to leave the shelf faster. | |
