I have been in the cattle business for the last 15yrs. and i have never had one processed.I have a partialy blind angus calf that's 7 months old and weighs about 600 lbs. I have a date of Jan.20 to have him processed.When do i need to put him up and what do i need to feed him to make meat good?Do i feed him any hay?
