South Western Michigan | The "Dual Fuel" ovens are much more costly for some reason. They say electric is more constant stable heat but we have never had a problem with baking in gas oven. We just purchased a new gas stove/oven. It is one of the "double ovens" that has two separate ovens. Lower portion has convection in it for baking. It also has the griddle in the middle section of stovetop. Wife loves it. | |
