Northeast Iowa | Been a busy couple of weeks around our farm. Figured I'd share some pics. We finished baling straw 2 weeks ago and started right into 3rd cutting of alfalfa but only got half done before rain came.
Was really pushing to get everything done before a fishing trip to Canada but in the words of my grandfather, you might as well go fishing cause the work will still be here when you get back. Had a really good week fishing with him, and few other family members and friends.
Got home and just finished up the remaining acres of 3rd crop tonight. Baled them with more miosture then usual but with cloudy skies and rain forecasted tomorrow I'm glad it's done.
