N FLA | Big day today. I have bought 54 of these so far, but need to sort 8 of them out later as they don't fit in very well. Too big, too ugly, etc.
But I haven't seen a day like this. Seemed nobody had orders for 2xx bulls. They were paying more per pound for 2xx heifers, and for 3xx bulls. Just didn't have many friends today. I am still looking for 250 to 300# calves, so it was great.
I haven't figured out how to feed these yet, but give me a little time. I am trying to get a 20 acre millet patch planted. If that doesn't come through it will have to be grass and supplement.
