Subject: Wheat being used for ethanol?

Farmington, Mo
Since we have such a burdensome supply of wheat, are there any ethanol plants that have begun using wheat as a feed stock? In my search I found that there are "changes" that need to be made to the plant but didn't find an explanation of what those changes need to be?

If we thought the food vs fuel debate (which, by the way, I haven't heard a bit about the past two years!) was bad with corn, just imagine what it would be like with wheat!!
