nc ks | So I'm a diabetic, have been for probably 5 years, I've lost 30 lbs since I found out, . I take my meds exercise ,can't seem to lose more, hardly ever drink alcohol and when I do usually I drink,don't drink any pop try to watch carbs and still my blood sugar levels are high,we adjust the medication it works for a while then goes back it seems, most of the time what I've given up doesn't bother me but when I'm on vacation or something I hate having to not try all the good smelling and looking food gets depressing. Just venting I guess. Oh yeah this is a pic of why I try so hard love them to much to leave them . 7&9 I'm 49so I got to take care of myself.
