Subject: Good Anhydrous Shank to Make a Strip Tiller?

Marshfield, WI
I'm looking to make a poor mans strip tiller using anhydrous shanks. A good coulter up front and closing discs to make a small berm. Who makes a solid unit take can take a rock or two. Do notched closing disc work better in moist conditions? This would be in soybean and wheat stubble. Will be making an 8 row to match planter. Any advantage to pull type vs 3pt? Thanks
