south central wisconsin | Bought some land from the neighbor a few years ago and have been cleaning the fence lines out and taking them out where I can. I'm down to the last one and it's a stone fence, too many to haul away, thinking about burying it. Dad did this to one about 40 years ago and except for the occasional hole showing up seems to be fine. My dirt guy says it will be a wet spot forever, we have a lot of side hill seep. Wondering if anyone else has done this and how deep you bury them. TIA | |
