Subject: nitrogen management and cover crops

S IL
I'm still in the transition stage before jumping in with both feet into CC. Is there a nitrogen management program for corn after a cover mix (include a legume) that seems to be superior to others? And do you have faith in a certain C:N ratio allowing N to be available later in the growing season to replicate side-dressing, or do you side dress regardless? Is anhydrous pre-plant less attractive being injected into live green covers? Please share what you think.

Thank you
