UP of Michigan- North coast of USA | You folks that mix extra iodine into your mineral to help with preventing foot rot ,how do you do it? I found some that had a mixing rate of .4 pound iodine to 100 pounds of mineral. I would first mix the iodine with 10 pounds of soy meal, then mix that with the 100 pounds of mineral. I was thinking of using a cement mixer for the mixing. Does this sound right? Open to all thoughts and suggestions. Thanks in advance |
