Ebay has a spot on an item selling page that is for questions about the item.  The statement  "No questions or answers have been posted about this item"  may be shown here.  That may not be true.  I learned this morning (from Ebay support)  that the seller can disable this with no notice that it has been disabled.  I can think of at least two reasons why a seller would want to disable this feature.  One is honest, one is not.  I think that is wrong for Ebay to not notify buyers that the "questions about an item" has been disabled by the seller.
