Eastern Iowa | For those of you that use smart phones, I'd like your opinions of why you like or dislike your phone. I've had two Blackberries, an 8330 and an 8530. I was happy with both but eyed the Androids because of the vast app market they have access to. For that reason, I switched to an LG Optimus and just couldn't get used to typing on a touch screen. I'm now on a Samsung Acclaim with a full slide out keyboard. My biggest complain about the Androids, and they're both equally terrible, is their battery usage. I've installed an advanced task killer for the androids, which both ran Froyo 2.2 if that makes any difference. What about the rest of you, are you happy with your phone? I'm keeping my eyes open for other options. For what it's worth, these are US Cellular phones. | |
