The name AVG calls it is: Win32/Alureon.MBR and it found it in C:\Windows\System 32\spoolsv.exe[1624]:\memory_00c90000.
Any ideas on what can remove it?
Last couple days the task bar at the bottom of the page has locked up a few times with the start button unresponsive and the clock stopping. Is this virus a likely cause of this?
The computer is XP and it is a Dell dimension 8200
