I do a monthly news letter for a group and use Microsoft Publisher, afterwards I use it again to create web pages and put a copy on the Internet.  MS Publisher makes a nice box with links to all the pages, all I have to do is change the name from page1 to what is on the page.

Using IE8 the box doesn't show.  Now I have to manually code reference to all the pages on each page.
